Schedule

• Sunday-Thursday: 11pm-7am
• Tuesday-Saturday: 11pm-7am

Pay

• Bilingual: $45,000-$47,000
• Non-bilingual: $43,000-$45,000

Qualifications

The Senior RA is responsible for ensuring the general welfare and safety of the residents, staff, and the facility. They oversee daily residential services and inspections to meet residents' goals, targets, and performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

Residential Aid staff are the first welcoming face new families are greeted by. Key responsibilities include:

• Assuring the general welfare and safety of the residents, staff, and the facility.
• Overseeing daily residential services and inspections.
• Ensuring quality service deliverables are met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Requirements

Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. These may include:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Additional preferred qualifications may also be considered.
