Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in Callicoon, NY. We provide student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Residential Advisors on assigned shifts
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive dormitory environment
• Supervise student behavior and support conflict resolution
• Assist with training and evaluating residential living staff
• Complete student reports, passes, evaluations, and documentation
• Cookordinator dorm activities, competitions, and leadership programs
• Communicate with student families when needed
• Conduct dorm inspections and oversee cleanliness and safety
• Mentor students and model Career Success Standards
• Support and enforce Job Corps' Zero Tolerance Policy

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of Job Corps or related youth program experience
• Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to supervise staff and mentor students effectively
• Valid in-state driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Pay

$23.84 per hour

Schedule

Sat - Sun 8am - 5pm, Mon 3pm-12am, Tues - Wed 11:30pm - 8:30am, Thurs - Fri OFF
