The Senior Residential Advisor at Glenmont Job Corps Center is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and structured living environment for students, fostering their retention, satisfaction, achievement, and success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate center activities to ensure a safe, structured, and supportive student environment.
• Lead a team of staff members to promote positive student behavior and engagement.
• Maintain a safe and clean dorm environment.
• Provide quality supervision to students in the dormitory.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of incident and shift reports.
• Ensure the physical security of the dorm area and report concerns to the dorm supervisor.
• Maintain adequate levels of inventory per established department reorder points and proactively order supplies to meet department requirements.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to maintain a productive and goal-oriented atmosphere.
