Responsibilities

• Monitor group living conditions and make decisions and recommendations.
• Evaluate situations and conditions inside dorms and ensure completion of duties involving student passes, leaves, evaluations, progress reports, emergencies, and terminations for assigned shift.
• Aid in residential advisor functions to ensure safety and appropriate student behavior within the dorm.
• Communicate with families of students as required to resolve problems and assure the well-being of students.
• Cook up activities of dorms, including recreation and entertainment on and off center, dorm competitions, dorm courts, and after-hour tutoring and learning activities.

Requirements

• HSD or GED
• One year experience working with youth
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record

Pay

$19.03 per hour

Schedule

Full Time, 8hr shifts, shift varies.
