Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop research strategies aligned with business focus
- Prioritize and allocate resources across the research portfolio
- Identify and pursue partnerships with academic institutions
- Define product strategic research needs from business planning
- Assess and respond to incoming research proposals
- Develop evidence strategies for new product introductions (NPI)
- Support execution of research studies in collaboration with the Research Program Integrator
- Measure and assess impact of research results on the business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in life science, engineering, clinical field, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in medical research and product development
- Strong experience engaging with academic and clinical research partners
- Proven research experience in clinical, industry, or government settings
- Understanding of GXP practices and device manufacturer regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English
