Senior Research Manager, Ultrasound AI

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop research strategies aligned with business focus
  • Prioritize and allocate resources across the research portfolio
  • Identify and pursue partnerships with academic institutions
  • Define product strategic research needs from business planning
  • Assess and respond to incoming research proposals
  • Develop evidence strategies for new product introductions (NPI)
  • Support execution of research studies in collaboration with the Research Program Integrator
  • Measure and assess impact of research results on the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in life science, engineering, clinical field, or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in medical research and product development
  • Strong experience engaging with academic and clinical research partners
  • Proven research experience in clinical, industry, or government settings
  • Understanding of GXP practices and device manufacturer regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in English
