Senior Research Director, Identity and Access Management (Remote United States)

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on IAM technologies and services
• Guide clients in selecting and deploying IAM solutions in corporate and cloud environments
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team of analysts
• Deliver actionable advice through various media
• Predict IAM market developments to assist clients and vendors
• Partner with stakeholders to design and deliver innovative analytics solutions

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a research or technology-related role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to recognize patterns and defend conclusions
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in speaking engagements preferred
• Familiarity with IAM technology selection, procurement, implementation, and operations governance
• Experience with IAM program management, strategic planning, and operational processes
• Knowledge of advanced authentication solutions and IAM for cloud service providers
