Director, Identity Security & Privileged Access Management - USA Remote

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Design PAM reference patterns adopted by other teams
• Lead engineering of PAM platform configurations and automations
• Govern onboarding standards and manage privileged account exceptions
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate privileged-access controls
• Manage PAM platform and vendor relationships, reporting on program status to leadership

Qualifications

• 14+ years of cybersecurity experience, focusing on privileged access management or identity and access management
• Expertise in designing enterprise PAM architecture and governance across business units
• Hands-on experience with PAM platforms like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea
• Independently managed cross-functional teams in IAM, security, cloud, and audit
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; certifications like CISSP or CISM are a plus

Pay

$175,000 – $210,000 annually
