We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Company Description", "The Role", "Key Responsibilities", "Professional Experience & Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "ABOUT FLAGSHIP PIONEERING", then salary, benefits, etc. We must use for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly.
We must not repeat job title as heading (not present). No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip out the equal opportunity employer text, privacy notices repeated, recruitment & staffing agencies, etc. Also remove duplicated privacy notice lines.
We must preserve all substantive information: company description, role description, responsibilities, qualifications (required and preferred), info about Flagship Pioneering, salary range, benefits statement. Also maybe include "About Flagship Pioneering" as a section? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- Company Description: could be part of "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading for role description. Could also include company description there? Might be better to have a section "About the role" containing the role description (The Role). Could also include company description maybe as part of that or separate? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

Likely they expect us to use those headings where applicable. We can also add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those.
Thus we need to map:
- About the role: includes company description and role overview? The "The Role:" paragraph. Could combine company description there. But maybe better to have "About the role" for role description, and maybe another heading like "About the company"? Not in list. Could embed company description in About the role.
- Responsibilities: from Key Responsibilities bullet list.
- Requirements: from Professional Experience & Qualifications (Required Qualifications). Could be Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications? Or we could combine Required and Preferred under Qualifications? The instruction says separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could treat Requirements as required qualifications, Qualifications as preferred qualifications, Skills as specific skills (like software proficiency). But we have many skill mentions.
We need to avoid filler headings. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content.
Let's extract substantive content:
Company Description: Abiologics, Inc. is a privately held, early-stage biotechnology company on a mission to make biology better through an innovative therapeutic modality. We are pioneering the development of SynteinsTM, a transformational class of macromolecular medicines unlocked by novel synthetic and computational technologies. Abiologics is actively seeking exceptional scientists who are passionate about driving therapeutic modality innovation in biotechnology. Abiologics was founded in Flagship Pioneering’s venture creation engine, where companies such as Moderna Therapeutics (NASDAQ: MRNA) and Generate Biomedicines were conceived and created. Since Flagship’s founding in 2000, the firm has originated and fostered the development of more than 100 scientific ventures resulting in more than 500 issued patents and more than 50 clinical trials for novel therapeutic agents.
The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated, broadly skilled Senior Research Associate to join our growing Pharmacology team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on execution of rodent in vivo studies as well as coordination of studies with contract labs to support the progression of Abiologics’ pipeline. The incumbent may also contribute to in vitro and ex-vivo pharmacology activities to progress projects and the platform, including molecular and cell biology assays and histology. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with a diverse design-make-test team across Abiologics and have the opportunity to impact platform and company growth.
Key Responsibilities (list):
- Conduct in vivo (mouse) studies to characterize and assess the function, pharmacokinetics, and biodistribution of SynteinsTM, with increasing ownership of study design and interpretation.
- Perform hands-on dosing of mice (including intravenous and other routes) and isolation/processing of mouse blood and tissues.
- Comply with IACUC regulations regarding animal welfare and care.
- Collect and prepare tissues for histology, including fixation and embedding.
- Execute and optimize lab procedures such as tissue lysis and cell isolation, ELISA, Western blot, RNA/DNA extraction, qPCR, and related cell/molecular biology assays supporting in vivo studies, including some cell culture.
- Coordinate with CROs to support the execution of external in vivo studies, including formulation and shipment of compounds.
- Analyze, interpret, and accurately document study and assay results in an electronic lab notebook and present findings in internal meetings.
- Apply troubleshooting and data analysis skills to resolve issues and improve study quality and throughput.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacology team and cross-functionally to support lead optimization and platform advancement.
Professional Experience & Qualifications: Required Qualifications
- BS in Biology or related discipline with 5–7 years of relevant research experience, or MS with 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting.
- Well-established, independent experience with rodent in vivo dosing and handling techniques with expertise in multiple routes of substance administration (e.g., PO, IP, IV, SC) and ability to efficiently execute study protocols involving multiple blood collection time points.
- Experience in tissue dissection and preparation for RNA, protein analysis, and histology, including fixation and embedding.
- Demonstrated ability to execute or learn various molecular and cell biology techniques, such as ELISA, Western blot, qPCR, cell-based functional assays, and flow cytometry.
- Proficiency with software such as Excel, GraphPad Prism, and PowerPoint for experimental documentation and data analysis/presentation.
- Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and industry-level experience with best practices related to data documentation and integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across highly skilled, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and technically complex environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in cell culture techniques, including primary cell isolation, culture, characterization.
- Experience with tissue sectioning and immunohistochemistry techniques, including antibody validation, multiplexing, and imaging.
- Experience in flow cytometry and data analysis (e.g., FlowJo) is a plus.
ABOUT FLAGSHIP PIONEERING: (description) This is substantive about the parent organization. Could be a section maybe "About Flagship Pioneering". Not in list but could be okay. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could incorporate into About the role or maybe a separate section "About Flagship Pioneering". Might be okay to add as its own heading, but we risk extra thin sections. However it's substantive.
Salary: The salary range for this role is $81,000 - $107,250. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
Benefits: Abiologics, Inc currently offers healthcare coverage, annual incentive program, retirement benefits and a broad range of other benefits. Compensation and benefits information is based on Abiologics, Inc's good faith estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future.
Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not create a Schedule section.
We also need to remove duplicated privacy notice lines, EEO, recruitment staffing agencies, etc.
Now produce HTML with headings and appropriate
headings and appropriate
or
- .
We need to decide which headings to use:
- About the role: could include company description + The Role paragraph.
- Responsibilities: list.
- Requirements: Required Qualifications.
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe software proficiency etc. But we already have skills in Required Qualifications. Could combine.
But we have a heading "Skills" in the list. Could we put software proficiency etc there? However the Required Qualifications already includes proficiency with software. Could move that to Skills.
Alternatively, we could have:
- About the role (company description + role overview)
- Responsibilities (list)
- Requirements (required qualifications)
- Qualifications (preferred qualifications)
- Skills (software proficiency, organizational skills, etc.) but that may duplicate.
Better to follow the instruction: Use headings as needed; we can omit Skills if not needed. The instruction says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's examples, not mandatory to include all. So we can include only those we have substantive content for: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also "About Flagship Pioneering" but not in list; maybe we can incorporate into About the role. Thus sections:
About the role
Company description + role overview.
Responsibilities
- ... list items
Requirements
- ... required qualifications items
Qualifications
- ... preferred qualifications items
Benefits
Healthcare coverage, annual incentive program, retirement benefits and a broad range of other benefits.
Pay
The salary range for this role is $81,000 - $107,250. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
We should also include the Flagship Pioneering description maybe within About the role paragraph. Let's craft About the role paragraph: "Abiologics, Inc. is a privately held, early-stage biotechnology company on a mission to make biology better through an innovative therapeutic modality. We are pioneering the development of SynteinsTM, a transformational class of macromolecular medicines unlocked by novel synthetic and computational technologies. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with a diverse design-make-test team across Abiologics and have the opportunity to impact platform and company growth." That seems good. Now Responsibilities list: we need to preserve all bullet points. Let's list them exactly as given: - Conduct in vivo (mouse) studies to characterize and assess the function, pharmacokinetics, and biodistribution of SynteinsTM, with increasing ownership of study design and interpretation. - Perform hands-on dosing of mice (including intravenous and other routes) and isolation/processing of mouse blood and tissues. - Comply with IACUC regulations regarding animal welfare and care. - Collect and prepare tissues for histology, including fixation and embedding. - Execute and optimize lab procedures such as
