About the role
You oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution. You manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services. You ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections. You collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators. You provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance experience preferred
- ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, collision repair, systems, and components
- Excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and make independent decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to travel up to 20% (including air travel)
- Flexible schedule, including day/evening shifts
- At least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work 40 hours per week

Pay
Base salary of $72,000 plus bonus.
