Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships to drive new business and deal flow
- Coincoperate team efforts to approve and close new deals efficiently
- Partner with management to create action plans and track production
- Monitor credit quality through financial analysis and client compliance
- Stay updated on industry trends affecting client portfolios
- Execute additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in business, finance or related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience as a Relationship Manager
- Experience specific to sponsor finance is required
- 5+ years of experience with commercial lending credit
- Advanced analytical skills for financial and cash flow analyses
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel
