Senior Relationship Manager
About the role
The Senior Relationship Manager will market new commercial banking clients to the Bank and manage and grow portfolio client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Marketing new commercial banking clients to the Bank
- Managing and growing portfolio client relationships
- Making larger, more complex loans with limited guidance from the Regional Manager
- Providing guidance to Relationship Managers I and II
- Partnership with the Portfolio Manager and Credit Administration to provide timely closing of loans and other credit approval processes
- Maintain and enhance existing client relationships
- Meet all ongoing established portfolio growth and credit quality goals
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in various commercial loan types, with strong credit skills
- Strong understanding of all Bank credit, deposit and cash management products
- Ability to clearly explain products to current and prospective clients
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field and minimum 5-7 years’ relevant banking experience and/or training
- Basic understanding of banking policies and procedures
- Solid understanding of Accounting, Financial Accounting, Commercial Credit underwriting
- Excellent communication, sales, and public relations skills

Pay
The hiring pay range for this position is $155,666 to $255,718. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
