Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing UAF’s mission by securing major gifts of $25,000+ from individuals, corporations, foundations, and organizations. This donor-facing role requires initiative, strategy, and strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors
• Collaborate with executive leadership, community partners, and the UA Foundation to maximize philanthropic support
• Contribute to UAF’s advancement culture by supporting events, donor engagement strategies, and stewardship activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, business, public administration or relevant field and four years of experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in successful relationship building and/or public relations and fundraising or similar activity is required.
