Senior Relationship Manager

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager at Bank of Marin is responsible for developing and cultivating new client portfolio relationships to meet established portfolio growth goals, as well as maintaining and retaining an established client portfolio. This role requires significant expertise and experience with complex credit skills and a detailed understanding of banking products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate new client portfolio relationships
• Maintain and retain an established client portfolio
• Manage and grow existing client portfolios
• Provide expert advice on banking products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field
• Minimum 5 - 7 years’ relevant banking experience and/or training
• Significant expertise and experience with complex credit skills
• A high level and detailed understanding of banking products

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and services

Pay

The hiring pay range for this position is $151,132 to $219,144. In addition to the pay range, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role.

Schedule

This is a full-time position that requires both office-based and off-site visits.
