Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients
- Lead relationship management activities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the team's client service model
- Conduct introductory client meetings
- Engage FAs, specialists/partners to address client's needs
- Serve as lead owner and relationship manager for a group of clients
- Identify and own the process for client review meetings
- Host client review meetings to assist in re-discovery conversations
- Track all actions/activities to ensure highest level of client service
- Manage the tracking of all client actions/activities
- Oversee client review meetings
- Execute on the team service model
- Manage aspects of the client relationship process
- Work with Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists, Wealth Planners, and/or Investment Management Specialists to support sales and servicing activities
Required Qualifications
- Series 7, 63/65 or 66 or equivalent
- Obtain and/or maintain at least one firm approved designation
- Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills
- Build and deepen client relationships
- Manage risk and make sound decisions
- Identify client needs and concerns
- Independently research escalated client issues
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Knowledge of Wealth Management products and services
