Responsibilities
- Provide centralized oversight of all active Global Trade & Customs engagements
- Establish and maintain project management standards and reporting frameworks
- Monitor project milestones and proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Cross-functional teams for efficient execution
- Serve as a key client-facing contact supporting engagement teams
- Deliver clear reporting on project status and performance metrics
- Foster collaboration across teams to enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, project management, or global trade-related roles
- Strong project management experience overseeing multiple concurrent engagements
- Experience managing resources, utilization, and/or capacity planning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear guidance
