Senior Registered Nurse 1300-2300(DOH/NMBHI #13540)
under a relevant section like "About the role" or maybe create a custom heading? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It says "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. Working Conditions could go under About the role or Responsibilities? Probably About the role includes context. We'll include a paragraph about working conditions under About the role. - "Supplemental Information Do you know what Total Compensation is? This is supplemental info, maybe not needed; we can drop as boilerplate? It's not cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. It's agency contact info and bargaining unit. under About the role or maybe omitted? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those. It's agency contact info and bargaining unit. Might be considered relevant but not under headings. Could be placed in a
under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Additional Information" but not allowed. Safer to include as a paragraph under About the role or maybe under Requirements? Probably better to include under About the role as extra context. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. We have Pay (salary). No Schedule or Benefits mentioned. So we omit those sections. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills? Skills not explicitly listed; we have experience caring for mentally ill etc. That could be under Qualifications or Requirements. Skills maybe not needed. We'll omit Skills if no specific content. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract and organize. About the role: description of NMBHI, purpose, customers, working conditions, agency contact, bargaining unit, supplemental info. Responsibilities: why job exists (provide nursing care, direction/guidance), how it gets done (administer meds, perform treatments). Requirements: employment requirements (driver's license, defensive driving cert, safety sensitive, testing, background checks, HIPAA). Also maybe "Must possess and maintain a valid NM Driver's License." etc. Qualifications: minimum qualification (RN license, 3 years experience), ideal candidate (experience caring for mentally ill, comprehensive nursing care, medication administration, licensure per Nursing Practice Act). Also maybe "Must be Licensed in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act..." That's qualification. We could combine Ideal Candidate and Minimum Qualification under Qualifications. We need to avoid duplication. Ensure we include all details. Let's craft HTML:
