Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children at our center, implementing BCBA designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills.
- Utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), such as reinforcement and prompting, to teach the clients adaptive behaviors in developmental areas, such as language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills.
- Utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), to address behavior reduction goals.
- Support client goals related to toilet training including diaper changes.
- Implement skill development programs and perform appropriate physical guidance as needed to ensure client safety.
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
- Complete session documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
- Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
- Comply with the BACB’s code of ethics.
Requirements
- No prior criminal history.
- Ability to utilize technology.
- Basic computer skills- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Windows.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.

- Previous child care experience preferred, but we will train passionate individuals!

RBT: $22.00 – $23.00
