Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates and maintain warm relationships with prospective hires
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and faculty across assigned campuses
- Identify the right fit for Power Construction, focusing on candidates with a team-first mindset, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for construction
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed and expand the company's network
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Holds a bachelor's degree
- Has 8+ years of recruiting experience, with construction recruiting being essential
- Experience in staffing agency and in-house recruiting environments
- Thrive on variety and building relationships
- Patient yet driven to succeed
- Detail-oriented and committed to clear, consistent communication
Qualifications
- Passionate about working in the business of construction and on the business of Power
- Enjoys engaging with people, whether in coffee shops or during networking events
- Willing to invest time in building trust and long-term relationships
- Keen eye for assessing both technical skills and interpersonal strengths
- Understands the value of providing unbiased coaching and support to candidates
- Self-starter and problem solver with a proactive approach to moving projects forward
- Natural connector with a knack for building rapport quickly and confidently
- Passionate about building high-performing, diverse teams and engaging positively with people from all backgrounds and at all levels

Pay
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000. Compensation includes a base salary plus an annual discretionary bonus.
