Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates and maintain warm relationships with prospective hires
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and faculty across assigned campuses
• Identify the right fit for Power Construction, focusing on candidates with a team-first mindset, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for construction
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed and expand the company's network
• Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Holds a bachelor's degree
• Has 8+ years of recruiting experience, with construction recruiting being essential
• Experience in staffing agency and in-house recruiting environments
• Thrive on variety and building relationships
• Patient yet driven to succeed
• Detail-oriented and committed to clear, consistent communication

• Passionate about working in the business of construction and on the business of Power
• Enjoys engaging with people, whether in coffee shops or during networking events
• Willing to invest time in building trust and long-term relationships
• Keen eye for assessing both technical skills and interpersonal strengths

• Self-starter and problem solver with a proactive approach to moving projects forward

Pay

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000. Compensation includes a base salary plus an annual discretionary bonus.
