Senior Recruiting Lead
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for the Wealth Management organization, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to deliver a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Build and execute proactive direct sourcing strategies across social media channels, professional networks, and referral pipelines to identify high-caliber candidates for front office and financial services roles.
Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, candidate assessments, and guidance on competitive hiring approaches.
Recommend and negotiate candidate offers, developing well-reasoned rationale for offer terms including complex compensation structures and relocation packages.
Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, delivering timely updates and structured feedback.
Research competitor hiring activity and peer organizations to keep the company's talent acquisition approach informed by current market trends.
Ensure all recruitment activity adheres to the company's hiring policies, compliance standards, and best practice guidelines, escalating any risk or control concerns with transparency.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience, with a track record of managing full-cycle recruitment in a large, complex financial services organization.
- Skilled in direct sourcing techniques, including the use of LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Experience operating within a consultative recruiting model, advising senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and candidate evaluation.
- Working knowledge of complex compensation structures, including base, bonus, and relocation packages, with the ability to structure and negotiate competitive offers.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Clear and effective communicator, both in writing and verbally, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels of an organization.
Preferred Skills
- Front office financial services recruiting experience, particularly within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or related business lines.
- Familiarity with diversity recruiting programs and participation in external talent community events.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
