Responsibilities

• As a coordinator, you will guide candidates through the interview process, coordinating their conversations with our Thyme Care team while being a resource to them every step of the way. This is key to enabling us to deliver an outstanding candidate experience that speaks to the heart of our organization’s culture.
• You will report to the Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations and will be a foundational part of our recruiting team.
• We’d expect you to move quickly into fully owning the candidate experience as you learn the tech-enabled value-based care landscape and US healthcare.
