Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and CesiumAstro staff, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms, including the company website and external job boards. This includes drafting job postings and other recruitment-related materials, as well as posting and maintaining job listings on state job boards in alignment with Affirmative Action (AA) and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
  • Support the onboarding process by conducting pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and coordinating start dates.
  • Pull reports on recruitment metrics through our ATS, Lever.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team on candidate experience.

Job Requirements And Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or related business administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and familiarity with ATS systems (Lever preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, team-oriented, and a passion for recruitment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

  • Passion for the space industry.
  • Experience working in a start-up or small company.
  • Experience at high-tech companies.
