Responsibilities
- Organize and manage information in our applicant tracking system
- SOURCE AND CONTACT POTENTIAL CANDIDATES
- CULTIVATE A LIST OF KEY INFLUENCERS TO HELP SUPPORT THE FLOW OF APPLICANTS
- SERVE AS THE PRIMARY CONTACT POINT FOR ALL INCOMING QUESTIONS
- PURSUE INFORMATION ABOUT GDBA'S UNIQUE CAREERS AND CULTURE
- CONDUCT INTERVIEWS, ASSESS CANDIDATE FIT, PROVIDE PLACEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS
Who You Are
- 3+ YEARS OF RECRUITING EXPERIENCE IN MILITARY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, SECURITY, PROTECTIVE SERVICES, OR A SIMILARLY FAST-PACED OPERATIONAL ENVIRONMENT.
- PROACTIVE COMMUNICATOR WHO KEEPS CANDIDATES ENGAGED AND INFORMED THROUGHOUT THE SELECTION PROCESS.
- PROFICIENT WITH APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEMS AND QUICK TO LEARN NEW TECHNOLOGIES; EXPERIENCE WITH GREENHOUSE, SMARTSHEET, OR SIMILAR RECRUITING AND WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT PLATFORMS IS A PLUS.
- Able to MANAGE MULTIPLE REQUISITIONS AND SHIFT PRIORITIES QUICKLY AS BUSINESS NEEDS CHANGE.
- DETAIL-OFFICER WITH STRONG FOLLOW-THROUGH, ENSURING ACCURATE RECORDS, TIMELY UPDATES, AND A SEAMLESS HIRING PROCESS.
