About the Opportunity

The Senior Recruiter role is responsible for managing the full recruitment process to support the organization's growth. This position plays a critical role in sourcing, screening, and building talent pipelines across multiple departments, ensuring timely hiring to meet business demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8 to 12 positions annually in paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and specialized agency communities
• Conduct first-round screening calls and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interview schedules, perform reference checks, and manage offer processes
• Build and maintain a bench of pre-qualified candidates for proactive hiring
• Track and report metrics including time-to-fill, sourcing channel ROI, offer acceptance rate, and 90-day retention

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at a marketing agency, SaaS company, or remote-first organization
• Proven track record of filling roles within 30 days
• Strong written communication skills suited to an asynchronous work culture
• Ability to handle both high-volume sourcing and detailed candidate screening
• Based in the US with availability during 9am to 5pm Central Time core hours

Pay

$65,000 to $85,000 base salary plus bonus per successful hire
