The Senior Recruiter - Motorsports & Performance Recruiting - Supporting Ford is a fully remote position based in the United States. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, engineering, manufacturing, business, and professional positions, partnering with hiring managers, and building long-term talent pipelines in niche markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized automotive roles.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting passive candidates within niche or highly competitive talent markets.
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, and other modern sourcing tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
• Knowledge of motorsports, vehicle performance systems, automotive engineering, or aftermarket automotive industries is highly desirable.
• Existing professional network within the motorsports or performance automotive community is a strong advantage.
• Ability to provide strategic talent market insights in addition to delivering high-quality recruitment execution.
