The Opportunity

Hippocratic AI is revolutionizing healthcare by developing safety-focused AI solutions. There's a critical need to expand our team to meet growing demand. As a Senior Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results. Your focus will be on quality hires, efficient processes, and strong relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Hire top talent for sales, technical, and engineering roles, ensuring they align with our values and contribute to our mission.
• Develop and refine structured interview processes to make informed hiring decisions.
• Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and positive candidate experiences.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure roles are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
• Track key metrics such as quality of hire, time to productivity, and business impact to continuously improve your approach.
• Build and maintain a robust recruiting infrastructure, including playbooks, scorecards, and leveling guides.
• Ensure all candidates receive a professional and respectful treatment throughout the process, from initial contact to final decision.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on sales, technical, or engineering roles.
• Proven track record of closing senior candidates in competitive markets, including navigating counteroffers and competing opportunities.
• Experience building structured interview processes and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong data-driven mindset; ability to track and act on metrics related to hiring performance.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; preferred qualifications include background in AI, ML, or healthcare technology, or experience in clinical or regulated hiring contexts.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with compensation strategy and offer construction at senior IC or leadership levels.
• Experience with clinical or regulated hiring contexts.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

Skills

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with ATS tools and software.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This role requires a minimum of 5 days a week in our Menlo Park office.

Location

We believe the best ideas happen together. To support fast collaboration and a strong team culture, this role is expected to be based in our Menlo Park office.
