We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter who is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful careers. This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering closely with internal stakeholders, and has a proven ability to attract and engage top talent through innovative sourcing approaches. As a trusted talent advisor, you will work closely with hiring managers across multiple disciplines to understand workforce needs, develop creative recruitment strategies, and build diverse pipelines of high-performing candidates that makes a direct impact on the continued growth of our organization. This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and we are open to candidates located throughout the East Coast, within driving distance to any of our offices.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand business goals, technical requirements, team dynamics, and long-term talent needs.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates.
- Create and manage targeted recruiting campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, events, and other talent platforms.
- Facilitate hiring strategy and workforce planning discussions to ensure alignment on recruiting goals and expectations.
- Guide hiring managers through best practices in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and talent selection.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Weston & Sampson, delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to continuously enhance attraction and hiring strategies.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), engineering consulting, environmental consulting, or related industries.
- Self-starter with a high level of autonomy, accountability, and execution capability.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring technical, professional, and hard-to-find talent.
- Strong expertise leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Ability to quickly understand technical disciplines and identify candidates who align with both the role requirements and company needs.
- Experience building trusted relationships with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Customer-service mindset with a commitment to responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through.

Pay
$80,000 - $95,000
Schedule
Hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 from home). Open to candidates located throughout the East Coast, within driving distance to any of our offices.
