The Role You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for designated client search assignments while serving as a subject matter expert and mentor to the recruiting team. This role requires a high-touch recruiter who actively engages with talent to understand their geographic preferences, availability, schedule, and specialized skill sets, while continuously driving referral opportunities through strong candidate relationships. What You’ll Be Responsible For Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned search assignments, including attracting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and the offer/placement process. Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies utilizing multiple recruiting platforms, sourcing technologies, and creative methods (e.g., job boards, social media, network mapping, email campaigns, and referrals) to attract both active and passive candidates. Build and maintain a deep, continuous talent pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and upcoming travel and contract assignments. Regularly check in with pipeline candidates to capture and update key placement criteria, including geographic preferences, scheduling availability, desired assignment types, location flexibility, and clinical/technical skill sets. Identify and convert referral opportunities by strategically leveraging your active candidate pipeline, alumni networks, and industry contacts. Act as a subject matter expert, leveraging industry knowledge and market intelligence to advise clients on complex staffing challenges. Attend professional networking events and conferences to build industry contacts and expand talent channels. Conduct thorough candidate pre-screenings, present qualified profiles to clients, coordinate interview logistics and travel, and guide all parties through the selection process. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely communication and dedicated candidate support throughout the onboarding lifecycle. Maintain strong, transparent relationships with clients by leading routine alignment meetings, evaluating search progress, and providing detailed weekly updates. Track and manage candidate flow within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring strict adherence to company policy and federal/state hiring regulations. Identify and drive process optimization initiatives across the recruiting workflow. Lead recruiting projects from initiation to evaluation, providing mentorship and guidance to team members. Stay current on emerging recruitment tools, tech stacks, and healthcare staffing trends, sharing best practices across the team. Five (5+) years of strong sourcing and recruiting experience in an agency and healthcare staffing environment, with proven success using varied recruiting platforms and managing contract/travel candidate pipelines. Demonstrated proficiency of owning one's pipeline and candidate contact, referral, and network relationships. Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and candidate relationship management techniques. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills. Equivalent combination of education and direct healthcare agency recruiting experience accepted. SpecialtyCare, Inc.
