Key Responsibilities

• Review recruiting, people operations, and workforce management artifacts against structured evaluation criteria
• Evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for accuracy, completeness, and practicality
• Identify compliance, process, analytical, and presentation-related issues
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve deliverable quality
• Assess outputs for alignment with HR best practices and talent management objectives

• Strong background in people operations, recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR management
• Expertise in evaluating hiring processes, workforce planning, employee lifecycle programs, or HR operations
• Proficiency with presentation tools, spreadsheets, and collaborative documentation platforms
• Ability to assess complex business artifacts with consistency and precision
• Clear written communication and strong analytical judgment
