About the role

Senior desk position in Dubai with tax‑free commission and no earnings ceiling. You will receive daily leads from Property Finder, backed by leads, marketing and CRM support, and handle listings, buyer negotiations and transfers at the Dubai Land Department.

Responsibilities

• Manage property listings and buyer interactions
• Conduct negotiations and facilitate transfers through the Dubai Land Department
• Leverage daily leads from Property Finder and the company’s marketing team
• Utilise AI‑powered CRM and tools to track and close deals

Requirements

• Two or more years of property sales experience, or another high‑value sales background
• Proven closing record in property or another high‑ticket sale
• Ability to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
• Discipline to run your own business (the role is commission‑only, self‑driven)
• Prior experience performing this role in a taxed environment (you have done the job somewhere it is taxed)
