About the role

Senior desk position in Dubai with tax‑free commission and no earnings ceiling. You will receive daily leads from Property Finder, manage listings, work with buyers, negotiate deals and handle transfers at the Dubai Land Department, supported by our AI‑powered CRM, marketing team and premium Property Finder listings.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads handed to you daily (Property Finder)
• Manage property listings and buyer interactions
• Conduct negotiations and facilitate transfers at the Dubai Land Department
• Run your own business‑style sales operation using the provided CRM and marketing support
• Maintain discipline to build and sustain a sales pipeline

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in property sales or another high‑value sales role
• Proven closing record in property or high‑ticket sales
• Ability to relocate to Dubai within 1–3 months
• Discipline to operate as an independent business owner (self‑starter)
• Prior experience performing a similar role in a taxed environment

Pay
