Senior Real Estate Broker – Relocate to Dubai

About the role

Senior desk role in Dubai offering tax‑free commission with no earnings ceiling. You will manage listings, engage buyers, negotiate deals and handle property transfers at the Dubai Land Department, supported by company‑provided leads, marketing and an in‑house CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage property listings and buyer relationships
• Negotiate sales and coordinate transfers through the Dubai Land Department
• Operate as an independent agent, running your own business

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in property sales or another high‑value sales role
• Demonstrated closing record (property or other high‑ticket sales)
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai within 1–3 months
• Self‑discipline to run your own business
