About the role
Senior desk position in Dubai offering tax‑free commission with no ceiling. You receive leads handed to you daily (No. 1 lead generator on Property Finder) and manage listings, buyers, negotiations, and transfers at the Dubai Land Department, backed by our leads, marketing team, and AI‑powered CRM. The role includes a two‑week academy with a UK‑certified trainer followed by a mentor with 15+ years of Dubai property experience, and your RERA licence and private health insurance are paid for.
Responsibilities

- Conduct negotiations and oversee transfers at the Dubai Land Department.
