Senior Rail Engineer Program Manager
The Engineer VII - Senior Program Manager at RailPros will lead a major program team and make authoritative decisions impacting extensive organizational activities. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program, with 15+ years of experience including 5+ years as a program manager.

Qualifications
- Proficient with electronic communications and standard office applications.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Skilled in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues.
- Knowledgeable in industry standards and guidelines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in supervising organizational segments or teams.
- Experience in determining program objectives and requirements.
- Experience in developing standards and guidelines.
