- Oversee technical, legal, and financial aspects of the entire program
- Establish program objectives, guidelines, and requirements
- Collaborate as a leader within an office team environment

Qualifications
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Skilled in developing relationships with key clients with an ability to drive business growth; proficient with electronic communications and standard office applications; exceptional oral and written communication skills; skilled in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues.
- Required Education And Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program; 15+ years of prior experience; 5+ years of experience as a program manager; committed to life-long learning to stay informed about contemporary issues; established relationships with railroad clients; strong business development skills; in-depth knowledge of industry standards and guidelines.
- Preferred Education And Experience: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
