Senior Rail Engineer Program Manager
The Engineer VII - Senior Program Manager at RailPros will lead a major program team and make authoritative decisions impacting extensive organizational activities. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program, with 15+ years of experience and 5+ years as a program manager.

- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Proficient with electronic communications and standard office applications.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Skilled in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues.
- Knowledgeable in industry standards and guidelines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in supervising organizational segments or teams.
- Experience in developing standards and guidelines for programs.
Additional Qualifications, Certifications, Etc.
- Membership in a professional practice organization.
- Established relationships with railroad clients.
- Strong business development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and guidelines.
