Senior Rail Engineer Program Manager

The Engineer VII - Senior Program Manager at RailPros will lead a major program team and make authoritative decisions impacting extensive organizational activities. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program, with 15+ years of experience and 5+ years as a program manager.

• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Proficient with electronic communications and standard office applications.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Skilled in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues.
• Knowledgeable in industry standards and guidelines.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in supervising organizational segments or teams.
• Experience in developing standards and guidelines for programs.

• Membership in a professional practice organization.
• Established relationships with railroad clients.
• Strong business development skills.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and guidelines.
