Join the Quality Engineering team to lead testing and automation for a large-scale Retail and Restaurant technology project. You will be responsible for driving quality, managing testing delivery, and leading a team of QA engineers in an onshore-offshore model.

Location: hybrid in Orlando, FL.

Your Role

• Lead end-to-end testing and automation activities.
• Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
• Manage creation and execution of test cases, test scenarios, and automation scripts.
• Drive defect reporting, triage, and resolution activities.
• Provide project documentation and status reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, and executive updates).
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Own overall testing quality, timelines, and delivery outcomes.

Your Skills And Experience

• Experience in Software Engineering with a focus on QA Testing.
• Strong experience testing Retail and Restaurant systems, including Oracle POS solutions.
• Proven leadership experience managing large QA/testing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Web, Mobile, and API testing and automation.
• Knowledge of Java and automation frameworks.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, ANT, Charles/Fiddler, JIRA, and QMetry.
• Strong understanding of Agile development and CI/CD practices.
