The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of retail insurance within McGriff Specialty, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency. This position leverages a team-oriented approach to enhance the firm's high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and potential compliance-related deficiencies.
- Communicate with stakeholders and develop implementation plans to ensure adherence to the firm’s high-quality standards.
- Work independently and prioritize responsibilities while maintaining responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism.
- Utilize basic computer applications like Microsoft Office to support your work.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
- Five years of experience within the insurance industry.
- Effective written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
Qualifications
- Commercial Insurance Experience (a plus).
Skills
- College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
- Five years of experience within the insurance industry.
- Ability to work independently.
- Highly effective written / verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $56,100 to $104,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
