Senior QA Project Manager

About the role
The Senior QA Project Manager will drive an internal initiative to align our client with the FSMA 204 regulations (Food and Safety Modernization Act) to become FDA compliant. This role will manage six testing workstreams and the multiple solutions and integrations across them. Solution deployment will include training and onboarding suppliers and require pilots prior to delivery along with a post-training and onboarding rollout.
Location: Issaquah, WA (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Lead testing workstreams and establish new methodologies and test strategies across the program
- Assess readiness to test across workstreams and give go/no-go orders as needed
- Assist with immediate test needs as they arise
- Implement and manage the project governance structure
- Implement and manage the project communication plan
- Implement and manage the project risk and issues management structure
- Implement and manage other project administrative components such as resource plans, budget, etc.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management with experience leading multiple, large-scale testing/QA teams
- Experience working on technical projects in the retail industry
- Demonstrated understanding of QA teams, test strategies, methodologies, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills
- Expertise with project management tools and methods, including ADO and ServiceNow
- Experience in both Hybrid and Agile methodologies
- Legal ability to work in the United States; proof of eligibility will be required during onboarding
Pay
Compensation range for this position is $162,000 - $187,200/year, depending on experience.
