Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of overall testing strategy and QA frameworks
- Collaboratively support CI/CD processes and automated test execution using tools like Jenkins, Harness, and Azure DevOps
- Create QA strategy across front-end, backend, and integration layers
- Author detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various systems
- Build and maintain robust regression test suites for web and enterprise applications
- Design and execute API and integration testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman and SOAP UI
- Perform manual and automated testing across applications as needed
- Train and mentor QA team members on automation tools and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field
- Proven experience in leading testing teams and implementing QA frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD processes and automated test execution tools such as Jenkins, Harness, and Azure DevOps
- Strong knowledge of front-end, backend, and integration testing
- Experience with API and integration testing tools like Postman and SOAP UI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
