About the role

Senior QA Lead (Remote) responsible for managing and executing comprehensive test suites in the Integrated Test Environment (INT) for Medicare business, focusing on Provider Data Management and reimbursements. The role involves collaborating with business, technology, and solution teams to define and execute test strategies for core capabilities, ensuring alignment with expectations, and requiring a strong understanding of healthcare processes and end‑to‑end workflows.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely delivery of QA deliverables.
• Coordinate with Business SME to understand all aspects of business needs in various Medicare domains.
• Coordinate with cross‑domain QE team on capability test plans, scope, release dependencies and timelines.
• Work with Test Data and Test Environment teams on technical aspects of deployment for INT environment readiness.
• Support the team throughout the testing lifecycle to ensure testing is completed on time, with all test artifacts reviewed and shared with stakeholders.
• Support various phases of testing: functional, integrated, regression and end‑to‑end.
• Manage test case execution and reporting for tracking timelines.
• Participate in the defect management process to identify, document, and track defects, issues, risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Integrated Solution test leads on end‑to‑end test strategy, execution and timelines.
• Drive an automation‑first approach for all INT testing in partnership with INT Automation Quality Engineers.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare and healthcare domains (Provider Data Management, reimbursements).
• Strong experience with UI and database testing.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and its variations across popular databases.
