Senior BA/QA

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst/QA professional with extensive experience in Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking. This role requires a blend of technical and functional skills to support lending lines of business and conversion/migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional requirements with a focus on BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) standards.
• Collaborate within IT SDLC and Agile environments, performing data analysis using SQL and data profiling.
• Develop and execute test plans for user interfaces, web applications, and database testing.
• Build test execution plans and contribute to automation efforts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking.
• Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, and qTest.
• Strong communication skills and experience in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with ACBS or similar conversion/migration projects (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with SQL, UI testing, web applications, and database testing.
• Automation experience is an added advantage.

$100,000–$120,000 a year
