The Neuropsychology team includes neuropsychologists, psychometrists, research assistants, post‑doctoral fellows, and psychology graduate students. Our team is dedicated to precision and accuracy in administration of neuropsychological measures, compassionate care for our patients and research participants, and collaborative innovation of best practices. The psychometrists work closely with the neuropsychologists and under their supervision. Neuropsychologists are always there to help, support, and educate. Research opportunities are available for someone who is planning to study further in graduate school or medical school. As a member of our team, you will also be engaged in our robust training program, which teaches the next generation of neuropsychologists (graduate students and post‑doctoral fellows). The Neuropsychology Center is also called upon for sharing our expertise in cognitive assessment with colleagues across various departments. Banner Alzheimer's Institute (BAI) was established in 2006 as Banner Health's first Center of Excellence. Banner Sun Health Research Institute (BSHRI) was founded in 1986. Our team is uniquely, passionately, and strategically committed to ending Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative disorders without losing another generation, advancing oncology research to improve cancer prevention and treatment outcomes, and providing an unparalleled model of care for families facing these devastating diseases.
