Senior Psychiatrist (Sup), C&RS (Safety), California Institution for Men (CIM)

Duties

• Functional supervision of mental health program professions in the CCCMS, EOP, SNY/EOP and Mental Health Crisis Bed (MHCB).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychiatry.
• California Medical License.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a mental health setting.
• Experience working with individuals in correctional settings.
• Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and crisis intervention techniques.

Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to the field.
