Senior Provider Partnerships Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Provider Partnerships Manager to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will own the development and execution of provider partnership strategies that expand referral pathways and strengthen access to care. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other internal partners to shape integrated workflows that support scalable growth. The position also includes building relationships with health systems and EMR vendors, structuring strategic agreements, and launching pilots that deliver measurable results. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Create and implement provider partnership strategies and market priorities Develop a qualified pipeline with health systems and EMR vendors Establish strong relationships with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales Structure and close strategic partnership agreements with health system leaders Launch and manage referral pilots, ensuring success metrics and ownership are defined Drive measurable growth in provider referrals through integrated workflows Qualifications 5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, or healthcare technology Proven experience executing commercial strategies and negotiating enterprise agreements Background working with healthcare providers, health systems, and EMRs Experience building new business or partnership functions from the ground up preferred Track record of developing executive-level relationships in healthcare settings Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, including gender-affirming care support 401k plan options with a 2% company match Modern life stipends for personal development and learning Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
