Responsibilities
The Senior Provider Compensation Analyst works directly with the System Director Provider Compensation and the Director Provider Compensation to assist in developing physician and advanced practitioner clinician (provider) compensation programs. This role ensures compensation models are developed and administered in compliance with all applicable company policies and government regulations.
- Serve as a resource to leadership in reviewing all aspects of provider compensation throughout the organization
- Provide the opportunity to learn about a niche specialty area that is growing in the marketplace, the valuation of physician compensation, and healthcare clinical financial operations
- Work closely with other members of the team
- Perform financial modeling of physician compensation
- Document for compliance management purposes
- Collaborate to foster working relationships with stakeholders
- Perform a variety of project-oriented tasks to support the development and implementation of projects, initiatives, and compliance with Stark, Anti-Kickback, and FMV regulations
Requirements
- Three years of experience in provider contracts, compensation, accounting, or finance
- Bachelor's Degree
Qualifications
- Experience administering physician compensation programs including productivity bonuses
- Strong understanding of Stark, Anti-Kickback Statute, FMV concepts, and competitive market benchmarking
