Key job responsibilities

• Create and lead solution designs to address customer business outcomes in the pharmaceutical domain
• Provide technical guidance during sales and implementation phases, focusing on pharmaceutical domain challenges including clinical data management, regulatory submissions, study conduct optimization, and GxP compliance
• Partner with customers on industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly agentic AI applications in clinical trial automation, clinical data standardization, electronic data capture, and clinical trial management systems
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Delivery Teams to ensure successful solution implementation
• Work with AWS experts and external partners to accelerate innovation
• Share knowledge through coaching, demos, accelerators, and technical documentation

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
• Experience positioning, articulating business value, and selling enterprise cloud architecture and solutions to customer executives and technical stakeholders, including developing proposals, leading technical conversations, and driving adoption of cloud services aligned to customer business outcomes
• Experience designing and solutioning AI/ML, generative AI, enterprise-scale data platform, and/or agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or payer industry, with a working understanding of key business domains (e.g., R&D, clinical development, regulatory, manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial) and familiarity with industry data standards, compliance frameworks (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR), and enterprise platforms
