Senior Proposal Coordinator

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Cook up proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other pursuit materials from start to finish.
• Collaborate with techies and bosses to whip up compelling, client-friendly proposal content.
• Maintain marketing resources like project profiles, resumes, firm qualifications, and biz dev materials.
• Write and polish proposal content, project sheets, award submissions, brochures, and more marketing stuff.
• Support capture planning by crafting strategic messaging, key differentiators, and visual concepts.
• Help with market research, opportunity tracking, and biz dev initiatives.
• Handle website content, digital marketing, and social media communications.
• Make sure all materials are top-notch, brand-y, and ready for submission.
• Mentor junior team members and help refine proposal and marketing processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3–5 years of marketing, proposal coordination, or biz dev support experience.
• AEC industry experience preferred.
• Experience crafting proposals and qualifications for public and private sector clients.
• Familiarity with New York and New Jersey public agency procurement processes preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with website content management systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines while staying accurate and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across tech and nontechnical teams.

COMPENSATION

The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $65,000/yr-$95,000/yr. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
