The Opportunity
We're conducting a confidential search for a Senior Property Manager to oversee a pair of distinctive Class A office buildings in Miami — one in Coconut Grove, one in Wynwood — for a prominent, high-profile ownership group. This isn't a typical office portfolio: the Coconut Grove building serves as the ownership's own headquarters and houses a significant private art collection on-site, so the right person needs to bring genuine polish, discretion, and an appreciation for a more curated, design-forward environment.

About the role

This role calls for more than standard property management experience — we're looking for someone with real sophistication and executive presence, comfortable interacting with high-net-worth principals and their teams on a daily basis. A background or strong interest in art, design, or luxury hospitality is a genuine plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and tenant relations across two Class A office assets in Coconut Grove and Wynwood
  • Independently manage full-cycle CAM reconciliations, including tenant pro-rata calculations and dispute resolution
  • Independently prepare, manage, and own annual operating budgets for both properties, with full accountability for variance reporting to ownership
  • Serve as a trusted, polished point of contact for ownership, given the executive presence on-site
  • Manage vendor contracts and service agreements
  • Coordinate building services with an elevated standard of care, given the caliber of the space and its occupants
  • Ensure the highest level of discretion and professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Proven Senior Property Manager experience, ideally with Class A office assets
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own CAM reconciliations and budgets from start to finish, without heavy oversight
  • Polished, professional presence suited to a high-profile executive environment
  • Strong communication, vendor management, and financial reporting skills
  • Background or interest in art, design, or luxury environments a plus
  • Discretion is essential
