Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Create unforgettable move-in experiences
• Resolve resident concerns with urgency and empathy
• Manage budgets and financial performance
• Drive rent collections and minimize delinquency
• Maintain curb appeal and property standards
• Partner with maintenance to ensure homes are move-in ready
• Build relationships with vendors and community partners
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
• Foster harmony in the workplace and promote a positive image of the company
• Perform other tasks as directed by the team member’s direct supervisor

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of multifamily property management experience
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Experience leading onsite teams
• Strong leasing and resident retention background
• Budget and financial management experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with Yardi, CRMIQ, or similar property management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong conflict-resolution skills
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime periods and assist with other communities as needed
• Availability to work Tuesdays through Saturdays
• Willingness to perform all duties in a manner that is professional, ethical, consistent with company practices, policies, and procedures, and compliant with applicable legal and Fair Housing regulations

Benefits

Compensation for this role is $29 to $33/hr. commensurate with experience.
