Responsibilities
- Leads the execution of property management activities and validates the accuracy of inventory data for senior management review.
- Coincides the investigation of property discrepancies and leads the development of technical root cause analyses for asset loss.
- Monitors property performance against established benchmarks and validates the implementation of asset lifecycle improvements.
- Conducts specialized Property Reviews for sustainment assets intended for theater Mission Partners.
- Validates the technical accuracy of property reports and leads field-level assessments of inventory accountability and distribution procedures.
- Provides technical guidance to ensure that all property management activities meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards in the Pacific AOR.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Experience in formal property oversight and leading technical root cause analysis for property discrepancies.
Qualifications
- NPMA Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA).
- Experience with DoW technical manuals and property control for expeditionary equipment.
- Certified Property Manager (CPPM).

- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
