Senior Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Leads the execution of property management activities and validates the accuracy of inventory data for senior management review.
• Coincides the investigation of property discrepancies and leads the development of technical root cause analyses for asset loss.
• Monitors property performance against established benchmarks and validates the implementation of asset lifecycle improvements.
• Conducts specialized Property Reviews for sustainment assets intended for theater Mission Partners.
• Validates the technical accuracy of property reports and leads field-level assessments of inventory accountability and distribution procedures.
• Provides technical guidance to ensure that all property management activities meet theater-specific and command-mandated standards in the Pacific AOR.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
• Experience in formal property oversight and leading technical root cause analysis for property discrepancies.

Qualifications

• NPMA Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA).
• Experience with DoW technical manuals and property control for expeditionary equipment.
• Certified Property Manager (CPPM).

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
